STEP 1: PRE-REGISTER FOR PLACEMENT
Pre-registration is crucial to the tryout process. By filling out the pre-registration form, you'll avoid long lines and give us the basic contact information we need to contact you with tryout results. The pre-registration form includes your contact information and a waiver to play at placements, it is not a binding contract. There are many benefits to pre-registering your player for player placements. They include:
- Accurate and most up to date information for your player
- Stress free check in procedure
- Creates a seamless method for Colorado Rapids to communicate your player’s placement and registration procedures AFTER player placements.
If it's easier for you, print this pre-registration form and bring it with you to tryouts.
